Speaking to BMM after his achievement, Hall said, “It’s fantastic. For me, I’ve been coming here since I was in a pushchair. I’ve always wanted the outright record here so I’m over the moon.”

From early life visits, Hall has made a dream come true this weekend after setting the all-time Shelsley Walsh Hillclimb record.

The next round of the British Hill Climb championship will be at Doune on the 20th-21st June.
